Frequently asked questionsWhat is the delivery, and what does it cost?We deliver to Speedy courier offices anywhere in Bulgaria. On orders over 100 € delivery is on us. Items marked „in stock“ are dispatched straight away; those marked „up to 14 days“ come from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Can I see the products in person?Yes. Our shop is at 9a Saborni Blvd in Varna. Do come and see the fittings for yourself — the difference between two colour temperatures, or between two shades of white, is far easier to judge in person than from a photograph. For questions beforehand: +359 877 259 295.
Do the prices on the site include VAT?Yes. All prices are final, in euro, with VAT included. There are no hidden charges.
What does „on request“ mean on some products?The item is not currently held in the manufacturer’s warehouse. You can still order it — we come back to you with a delivery date before you confirm. If the date does not suit you, the order is cancelled with no obligation.
How many lumens do I need for a room?As a rough guide: a living room needs about 150 lumens per square metre, a bedroom 100–150, a kitchen or bathroom 200–300, and a work surface 300 and upwards. Lumens measure light, watts measure consumption; with LED the two no longer have a direct relationship. For a more precise figure, use the lighting calculator.
What IP rating do I need for a bathroom?An IP rating is written as two digits: the first is for dust, the second for water. In a bathroom, the zone above the bath and shower needs at least IP65, the area around them IP44, and the rest of the room can be IP20. Outdoors under cover IP44 is usually enough; fully exposed, IP65 and above.
Which colour temperature should I choose?2700K is a warm, yellowish light, well suited to bedrooms and living rooms. 3000K is warm white — the one most often used at home. 4000K is neutral white, good for kitchens, bathrooms and work areas. 6000K is cool white and suits garages, storerooms and workshops better. Some fittings have an adjustable colour temperature, so you can choose as the moment requires.
What is the difference between a 24V and a 48V magnetic track system?The two systems differ in supply voltage and are not compatible with one another — a 48V module will not work on a 24V track, or the other way round. 48V allows more powerful fittings and longer runs without voltage drop, which is why it is preferred for large spaces. 24V is enough for a home and usually works out cheaper. What matters is that the whole system — track, power supply and modules — is of the same voltage.
