Payment
All prices in the shop are in euro, VAT included. The final order price covers the goods and the delivery cost.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of AVA DESIGN 8 Ltd. After your order is confirmed, you will receive the payment details by email.
Delivery
We deliver through the licensed courier Speedy AD — to an address or to a Speedy office anywhere in Bulgaria.
- Order processing: up to 2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time: for in-stock items the time is short and shown on each product page. For made-to-order items it may take up to 28 business days depending on the manufacturer.
- Delivery cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and the selected method.
- Free delivery for all orders over €100.
- Tracking: after dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number.
On receipt
Inspect the parcel in front of the courier. Report any remarks or damage immediately; otherwise the goods are considered accepted without objection. Please arrange for someone to receive the delivery; if the first attempt fails, the cost of re-delivery is at the recipient's expense.
