All products at AVA Lighting come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with Bulgarian law.
What the warranty covers
The warranty is valid only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
What it does not cover
- Included accessories and consumables, unless the manufacturer expressly warrants them.
- Damage from improper use, dropping, impact or moisture ingress.
- Damage from improper storage or poor power supply.
- Damage from natural disasters or other external factors.
- Repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.
How to file a claim
- On receipt, inspect the goods and make sure they match your order and have no visible damage.
- In case of a defect, contact us at store@ava-lighting.com or +359 877 259 295.
- Provide the item in its original packaging, together with the original sales document or a copy of the invoice.
- Where applicable (built-in and hardwired fixtures), also enclose an installation report from a qualified electrician.
