AVA Lighting is the lighting shop of AVA DESIGN 8 Ltd in Varna, Bulgaria. We work with lighting for homes, offices and commercial spaces — from a single pendant over a dining table to the full electrical fit-out of a floor.

The shop is at 9a Saborni Blvd. The online catalogue and the shelves are the same thing: what you see here you can come and see lit.

The catalogue holds over 16,600 items from established European manufacturers:

• Outdoor lighting — facade wall lights, bollards and spike lights, floodlights, in-ground fittings, solar and street lighting.
• Switches and sockets — over 4,800 items from bticino, Schneider Electric, Legrand, OSPEL, Famatel, ORNO and others.
• LED — profiles, strips, drivers, controllers and dimmers.
• Magnetic track systems in 24V, 48V and 230V, with the full range of modules.
• Smart home — Netatmo, connected switches, sensors and control.

Advice before you buy

Advice is free and carries no obligation. Call us or come to the shop and we will talk about what actually matters: how many lumens the room needs, what colour temperature suits it, where dimming is worth having, what IP rating a bathroom or a facade requires.

Lighting design

For a whole room or a whole property we plan the layout: how many fittings, how far apart, what power and colour temperature, and where the switches and sockets should go. We work from your drawing or from measurements taken on site.

We also prepare a quotation against the design, with the exact items and quantities, so you know the cost before you order. For magnetic track systems, where every module has to match the rail and the driver, this step is effectively essential.

Switches and sockets

This part of the catalogue is among the most complete in the country: switches, sockets, frames, face plates, dimmers, sensors and control — arranged by series, so you are not guessing at compatibility. If you are replacing an installation or finishing a project, bring the model of what is already there and we will find what fits.

Installation

We install in Varna and the surrounding region — from replacing a single fitting to the complete lighting of a home or a commercial space. Magnetic track, recessed profiles and LED strip all depend on the right supply and the right fixing; when we do the installation, the responsibility for it is ours too.

Come and see

Lighting is hard to judge from a photograph. The difference between 2700K and 4000K, between matt white and satin, between clear glass and opal, is obvious in a second in person and almost invisible on a screen.

That is why we keep a showroom. Come in, see the fittings lit, and ask whatever you need to.
