Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason — under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
Return conditions
- The item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use.
- With all accompanying documents, accessories and labels.
- Products that are damaged, soiled or altered in a way that reduces their value are not accepted for return.
How to return
- Send a message to store@ava-lighting.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- After approval you will receive instructions.
- Return the item to: 9a Saborni Blvd, Varna, Bulgaria.
The cost of return is at the customer's expense.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the status. If approved, the amount is refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. For products with obvious signs of use, missing components or damaged packaging, the refund may be partial.
You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
